At Beauty Base, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused beauty products.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
